Bought a boat listed with a small scuff on the trailer fender and that is exactly what showed up — nothing else. Only reason this is four stars and not five is delivery: quoted one week, ended up closer to two. They called with updates the whole time though, and the boat arrived in the exact condition shown in photos.
First time bidding on a repo vehicle online and I was nervous about it. The inspection report was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting, and support answered every question I had before I placed a bid.
Picked up a Ford through auction and it drove home clean. Listing already mentioned a small scuff on the rear bumper, and that is exactly what I found — nothing extra, nothing hidden. That scuff is the only reason I am not at five stars; sent extra photos before I paid when I asked, no pressure to decide quickly.
Truck runs exactly like the inspection said it would, no issues since I brought it home. Knocking off one star only because shipping updates were spotty for a few days in the middle — had to call twice to get a straight answer on where the truck was. Once it arrived, everything matched the listing.
Won an auction on a backhoe earlier this year. Clear answers at every step, no pressure to bid higher than I wanted. They stayed reachable after the sale closed too, not just before.
Bought a boat for weekend trips and was nervous about buying something I could not check out in person first. Support worked around my schedule to answer questions, and the boat that showed up matched the listing and photos completely. Delivery was on time, no excuses needed.
The boat itself is exactly what was pictured and ran fine the first time out. Had a paperwork question after delivery that took a couple days to resolve, which is the only thing keeping this at four stars instead of five — everyone I spoke with stayed courteous about it.
Bought sight-unseen and was worried. The 5-day window after delivery let me get a mechanic to look it over before I had to fully commit. Everything checked out — exactly as described.
First time buying an RV through an online auction and had a lot of beginner questions about how bidding works. Support stayed patient and walked me through the no-reserve format clearly. Only reason for four stars instead of five is the payment window felt tight once I won — would have liked a day or two more.
What stood out buying this RV was that they did not just sell the positives. Asked about known wear points on the roof seal and got a direct answer plus extra documentation before I bid. That is what got me comfortable committing to it.
First large online purchase and I had a lot of concerns going in. Shipping delayed once, but nothing was hidden from me at any point. Stay patient and communicate, and it works.
The RV was real, the process was clear, and support acted like people, not a script. That is the easiest way I can sum up buying through them.
